CINDY'S BBQ BEEF 
4-5 lb. chuck roast
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bottle ketchup
1/2 jar relish
3 tbsp. BBQ sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Trim off fat. Place all ingredients in roaster or crock pot at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
