CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 c. ground cranberries
1/2 lb. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. chopped, unpared red apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix raw cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Combine cranberry mixture with well-drained pineapple, apples and nut meats. Fold in whipped cream and cream cheese mixture. Serve chilled.
