1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
6 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter

Melt butter in baking dish. Pour into bowl and add rest of ingredients. Pour back into dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
