FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 pts. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Wash and drain blueberries. Toss with remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell, dot with butter. Place on top crust. Brush with milk and sprinkle top of crust with sugar. Bake until golden brown.
