1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter over medium heat. Add cocoa; beat just until it begins to boil, stirring constantly. Pour into small mixing bowl. Add confectioners sugar alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
