CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients for crust and press in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown (9 inch square pan).

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)

Soften the cream cheese and mix with Cool Whip. Pour into the pie shell. Pour pie filling over the cream cheese and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until chilled.
