TOMATO SAUCE WITH VEGETABLES OR
MEAT BALLS
 
3 chopped (sliced) onions
1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water

Fry sliced onions with oil until it turns light gold. Add tomato sauce and water. Add salt and pepper. Cook it on a low flame for 6 minutes. Add vegetables like celery, carrots, spinach, bell peppers, meat balls, potatoes, green peppers or any other vegetables.
