1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3-4 apples
Sugar and cinnamon

Mix first 7 ingredients. Spread dough into pan. Stick apples into dough. Sprinkle top of dough with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
