CHEESECAKE TARTS 
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 tbsp. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. light rum
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts, additional

Mix brown sugar, flour, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and melted butter. Press 1 tablespoon of mixture into well greased tiny muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Combine sugar and cheese, beating until smooth. Beat egg, add milk, rum and vanilla. Add to cheese mixture and continue beating until smooth. Spoon into baked crusts. Sprinkle with additional nuts on top. Bake another 15 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes, remove carefully from pan and after completely cool, refrigerate until served. May be frozen.
