GRILLED PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA
SANDWICH
 
PER SERVING:

2 slices of bread
peanut butter (as much as you like)
banana (about half of a regular sized banana)

OPTIONAL:

ground cinnamon
raisins
granola
anything you like...

Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Cut banana into thin slices and place on other slice of bread. Add on additional options if desired. Put the two pieces of bread together.

Put on a a greased skillet at around 250°F (may need to be higher) or a Panini press, set to high.

Grill until both sides are golden and toasted looking and the peanut butter is melted and possibly starting to drip out from the sandwich. Remove with a spatula.
