KAHLUA 
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
1 (2 oz.) jar chock full of nuts coffee
2 vanilla beans
A fifth of cheap bourbon

Combine sugar and water in a large saucepan and boil until all the sugar has dissolved. Turn off heat, add coffee.

Remove from stove and stir until coffee has dissolved.

Cool and strain into a glass gallon jug. Add vanilla beans (cut lengthwise to expose vanilla) and bourbon.

Tip and tilt 2 times a day. Can drink in 3 weeks. The longer this sits the better it is. Keep cool and out of direct sunlight.
