AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 c. (8 oz.) rings or Orzo, uncooked
2 c. sour cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. flaked coconut
2 c. pineapple chunks, well drained
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained

Cook rings or Orzo according to package directions, drain well. Cool, rinse with cold water to cool quickly, drain well. Combine cooled rings or Orzo, sour cream, marshmallows, coconut, pineapple and mandarin oranges in large bowl, blend well. Chill.

Yields: 6 to 8 servings.
