WILD RICE & VENISON 
1 lb. ground venison
1 c. water
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown venison in skillet. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into two quart casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes.
