2 1/2 inch slices American cheese
4 hot dogs
4 slices uncooked bacon
French mustard

Cut each slice of cheese into 4 even pieces. Cut the hot dogs lengthwise 3/4 of the way through. Add mustard and 2 pieces of cheese into hot dog. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Cook well away from the boiler for 9 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts.
