CHICKEN BURRITOS 
1 whole chicken
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 sm. onion
1 sm. tomato
2 sticks celery
1 bell pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Wash chicken. Boil until tender. Debone chicken. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry chicken until dry. Cut vegetables and add to chicken. Stir until well mixed. Add spices. Stir again. Cover. Place desired amount in tortilla, roll up, and eat.
