PEPPERMINT STICK ICE CREAM 
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. milk
1 c. crushed peppermint stick candy
1 c. whipping cream

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat. Cool and add crushed candy. Whip the cream and fold in the milk mixture. Freeze in shallow pans (old-style ice cube trays without dividers work well) in the freezer compartment of refrigerator, stirring several times for even texture. Easy and festive.
