1 gallon apple cider
1/2 gallon apple juice
4 cups sugar
8 cinnamon sticks
1 (750 ml.) bottle vodka (I use Absolute)

In a large stock-pot, mix apple cider, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks together. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Then let mixture cool to room temperature.

Once mixture is cool, remove cinnamon sticks and add entire bottle of vodka. Serve chilled.

For a topper you can put a little whipped cream on top to remove any grain alcohol flavor.
