BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks whipped butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. blueberries
3 c. cake flour (plain)

Cream Crisco, butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and milk (alternately). Lastly add vanilla and lemon juice, then blueberries (flour berries slightly so they won't stick together). Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
