PINEAPPLE BAKED APPLES 
6 baking apples
20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 c. water

Core apples without cutting through bottom and peel 1/3 of the way down. Place in baking dish. Fill centers with drained crushed pineapple. Pour water into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until apples are tender. Baste apples with liquid from pan. 160 calories per serving.
