BROCCOLI RICE 
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. instant rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (for spicy, use Mexican Cheez Whiz)

Brown onions and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into ungreased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with cheese and bake 4 minutes longer.
