PORK CHOPS AND BROWN RICE 
3 tbsp. butter
5 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Brown rice in butter and set aside. Batter in flour and fry pork chops. Place brown rice in dish and 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix. Cover with water. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a covered dish.
