PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. Whip & Chill (vanilla mix)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. canned pumpkin (chilled)
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. cold milk
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9" crumb crust
1 env. Dream Whip whipped topping mix

Combine dessert mix, spices, pumpkin, milk and water. Whip 3 minutes with electric mixer, starting at low speed and increasing to high.

Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating thoroughly after each addition. Beat until soft rounded peaks form. Fold in pumpkin mixture. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours or more. Top with prepared Dream Whip.
