FREEZER CABBAGE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. carrot, grated
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped fine
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix together cabbage and salt and let stand one hour. Squeeze out any juice. Add carrot, green pepper and onion. Boil sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Cool and pour over cabbage. Put desired amounts into freezer containers.
