CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. celery
1 or 2 onions, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. rice
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and add celery, onion and cook until slightly transparent. Add rest of ingredients except noodles; heat until boiling. Stir in rice. Place uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cover with noodles and bake 1/2 hour longer.
