TUNA CHOW-MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 c. celery
1/3 c. green onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1/2 c. cashew nuts, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Chop celery, onion and green pepper. In small skillet, melt butter and sauté celery, onion and green pepper. Mix into skillet the cashews, tuna, milk, water, soup, pepper and 1 cup noodles. Pour mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Spread remaining noodles on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
