3 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. cream 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 lb. hamburger 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/2 tsp. onion powder 2-3 onions, diced Make a soft dough out of flour, cream and salt. Make small dough balls (about 20 of them) and let rest for about 30 minutes. Mix hamburger, onions and seasonings. Roll out balls of dough to size of breakfast plate. Spread meat on one side, flap dough over sealing edges. Trim excess with saucer. Deep fry until brown. Take out cut in half. Stick in piece of Velveeta cheese in each pouch. Dip in A-1. |
