COFFEE CAKE 
Cake:

1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Sugar Mixture:

3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Glaze:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all cake batter ingredients together on high speed for 12 minutes. Place 2 large spoonfuls of batter in prepared 8x8-inch pan. Smooth out layer, then add a spoonful of sugar mixture, then another small amount of batter. Repeat until done. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. When cake is baked and still warm, drizzle with glaze. Freezes easily.
