ANCINI DE PEPE | |
1/2 lb. Gloia Tubettini #3 or Anini de Pepe 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 can mandarin oranges 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 1 sm. bowl Cool Whip Cook macaroni as directed on package - 7 minutes, no salt. Drain fruit, save juices. Refrigerate fruit for later use. Beat together sugar, flour and eggs; add juice and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add to cooked macaroni. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Next day add fruit and Cool Whip; mix together. Makes a good dessert or a general table dish. |
