CASHEW DROPS 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 c. salted cashews, chopped

Beat butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; alternately add to beaten mixture with yogurt, beating on low speed after each addition. Stir in cashews. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on rack. Frost with vanilla icing.

Makes about 32 cookies.

Vanilla Icing: In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Stir in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Add enough hot water (1 to 2 teaspoon) to make spreading consistency.
