BUTTERHORNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (oleo)

Preheat oven 425 degrees.

Dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs, salt and butter (oleo). Add flour, one cup at a time, until all is added. No need to knead. Let rise. Punch down.

Shape into rolls. 3 balls per muffin for clover leaf, 3 squares per muffin for fan (canning jar lid folder in half). Brush with butter before removing from pan. Bake 10 minutes.
