1 c. cracker meal (crush own or store pkg.)
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
Lg. grated onion
2 eggs - beaten
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients together (cracker meal, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Mix together onion, eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients to moist mixture. Mix to a fairly stiff consistency, when batter is stiff enough to drop from spoon. (Milk varies with the amount of juice from onion.) Drop into hot fish grease by spoonfuls, brown, turn and brown. Super Delicious!!!
