3 c. flour
1 1/2-2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 lg. apples, diced
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, 1 1/2-2 cups sugar, baking powder and salt. Add oil, eggs, orange juice, vanilla and almond flavoring.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle and mix with apples, saving some for the top of the cake. (Some of the sugar/cinnamon mixture.) Add apples to above batter, then add raisins and nuts. Grease and flour large tube pan. Pour batter in, spread evenly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
