KAHLUA CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cold coffee
3/4 c. Kahlua

Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg white and sugar until stiff. Set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar, add egg yolks. Add sifted flour, cocoa, and soda to creamed mixture alternately with coffee and Kahlua. Fold egg whites into batter. Pour into pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
