CAULIFLOWER SALAD (Low Calorie) 
1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained & quartered
1 lg. green pepper, chopped coarsely
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 oz. jar pimento, drained (optional)

(May add thinly sliced broccoli, radishes, mushrooms.) Mix all ingredients and add 1 (8 ounce) bottle Kraft no-oil Italian dressing. Mix and refrigerate overnight or 24 hours.
