BEST SCALLOPED "TATOS" | |
5 lbs. parboiled "tatos" 16 oz. sour cream 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (sharp) 1 stick butter, melted 1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs Salt & pepper to taste 1 can cream of chicken soup Slice "tatos" and place in oven safe dish. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese together. Pour over "tatos". Sprinkle crumbs on top and drizzle with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
