CHICKEN BREAST ORIENTAL/ITALIAN 
1 1/2 c. rose or dry red wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 skinned chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients in casserole. Put in chicken and bake, covered for 1 hour in 375 degree oven. If prepared before, let chicken breasts marinate in wine mixture. Serve with rice and if desired a hot fruit compote.
