ITALIAN CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped (do not drain)
1 lg. pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. white wine

Dip chicken in dry spaghetti sauce mix. Brown in butter in large pan (Dutch oven type). Add tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, remainder of dry sauce mix, and wine. Simmer 1 hour, covered.
