CHICKEN CACCIATORA 
1 clove mashed garlic
1 lg. sliced onion
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 chicken cut into pieces
1 can tomato paste
1 c. hot water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sliced, fresh or canned
1/2 c. dry red wine, optional

Brown chicken, mix all the ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook about 45 minutes. Check to see if a little more water is needed.
