MANDARIN JELLO DESSERT 
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jello
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. boiling water
1 (11 oz.) c. mandarin oranges with juice
1 lg. container Cool Whip

In large mixing bowl mix Jello, instant pudding and water. Stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until starts to set. Add oranges with juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into oblong pan and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
