"MISS" ETHEL'S BANANA PUDDING | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour (mix sugar & flour together) 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Bananas & vanilla wafers Mix together and cook until begins to thicken. Put layers of bananas and vanilla wafers, covering each layer with pudding. Can divide yolks and egg whites. Use yolks in pudding and make meringue out of whites and bake at 325 degrees until browned. |
