MOCK BUNDT CAKES 
Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all cake ingredients together. Mix well.

Put 1/2 cup chopped pecans in bottom of bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar mixture on top of nuts. Add 1/2 of cake mixture, then 1/2 cup chopped pecans, then the rest of the sugar-cinnamon mixture, and last the rest of the cake mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Be sure it is well done.

Cool. Turn over onto plate. Great as a breakfast cake.
