CORN BREAD SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. corn bread, mix or your own left over corn bread
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper (bell)
2 chopped ripe tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise (more if needed)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook corn bread as directed on package or make your own. When bread is cool, crumble gently in salad bowl. Add bacon (crumble well). Add vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise. Chill or eat warm.
