BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. vanilla wafers, finely ground
1 c. ground pecans
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar (to roll balls in)

Mix all ingredients together; form into balls. Roll each in confectioners' sugar. Yield: 36.
