MEXICAN SUPER SUPPER 
1 whole chicken
1 (7 oz.) Doritos, crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 diced jalapeno peppers
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated cheese

Cook and debone chicken and cut into chunks. Mix with all other ingredients except cheese. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
