PINCH BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins, if desired

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together; set aside. Have thawed 2 loaves of bread. Pinch off bite sizes of bread and dip in melted butter and then in brown sugar mixture.

Grease a bundt pan, pour a very small amount of butter on bottom, sprinkle with a small amount of brown sugar mixture. Add nuts or raisins, dough, nuts, then rest of dough.

Let pan set in warm place to rise to top of pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand a few minutes, then remove from pan.
