CHICKEN RICE 
1 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 chicken, cut up, cleaned, and skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup (dry)

Mix all together, except chicken and dry soup. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay chicken parts on top of mixture, then sprinkle dry soup mix over chicken. Put foil over pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil 15 minutes before done.
