CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 chopped cucumber
1 chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef
3 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. chopped onion

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Cool; add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into mold and chill.
