ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
12 tortillas
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. mushroom soup
1 small can green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce (El Paso)
1 c. milk or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Fry hamburger and onion. Add soups, green chilies, enchilada sauce and milk or Cheddar cheese soup. Mix. Use oblong cake pan. Cover bottom with mixture (about 2 cups), then 6 tortillas, another layer of meat mixture, 6 tortillas, then rest of meat mixture. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
