SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, wash, remove stems & dry well
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 can bean sprouts, blanch & drain well
2 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Toss together lightly. Mix the following ingredients for the salad dressing several hours before using. DO NOT add to salad until immediately before serving. 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 onion, grated
