ST. PAUL'S RICE 
1 lb. mild sausage
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. raw rice
2 env. Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 lg. Bermuda onion, diced
1 c. finely sliced celery
1 pkg. slivered almonds
Paprika & parsley

Brown sausage slowly in large skillet; drain. While browning, bring 4 1/2 cups water to boil and add rice, 2 envelopes soup mix. Boil for exactly 7 minutes. Remove from heat and do not drain.

In large mixing bowl, combine sausage, rice soup mix, onions and celery. Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika and parsley, almonds. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 4-6 servings.
